My guest for this episode is Dr. Jeff Derevensky! Dr. Derevensky is the James McGill Professor and Director of Clinical Training in School/Applied Child Psychology at McGill University. He is extremely well-published, authoring more than 275 peer-reviewed journal articles, 60 book chapters and 4 books related to gambling disorders and behavioral addictions, and has been awarded Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Council on Problem Gambling. Dr. Derevensky brings his expertise to a conversation on impulsive gaming behavior in teens – what’s informing the behavior and what parents can do about it.
